Cracks in the veneer are at eye level & very visible. Tom told us not to look at them. We have sent emails & pictures with no response. Some of the repairs made are worse than the original problem. On Feb 22, two emails including pictures of the veneer used were sent to NuLook. A third email was sent on 2/22 to NuLook indicating that while we want to resolve the matter, we feel that they haven't addressed the problems and that suggesting we overlook the chips, cracks, bowed veneer and rough, unfinished areas is not acceptable.
